i went to the gym this morning with Rab, Yan, Syaaak &Feeza. i did 2o mins of running using the machine- Star Trac. surprisingly that my back did'nt hurt. i did some other excercises that streches my back. it should be recovered within this week of rest. *pray haaaaard
